This is mainly because of the fact that the centre tries to experiment with different strategies and medicines necessary for curing patients. This may lead to the disapproval of the strategies by the Irish Government. At the same time, competitors of Tallaght may use advanced method of curing patients, thereby, the competitive advantage of the hospital in the market may be lost. Based on the analysis of the internal capabilities of Tallaght and the threats faced by the hospital, it can be said that the application of herbal technique for the cure of patients suffering from sepsis can be analysed. From the analysis of the SWOT of the herbal technique, it can be seen that the technique provides a good cost for the cultivation of the herbs. Galunic and Hermreck (2012) stated that the herbs are easily gettable and people can use it to a vast extent for the cure of the patients. Such usage of the material can help in addressing the weakness of Talaght and threat received by Tallaght about the existence of competitors and the advanced means of strategic approach. However, the weakness of the use of the herbal technique is the fact that it lacks consistency in the quality. This is mainly because these are grown in the wild and the medicinal value that originally exists may be lost due to the occurrence of natural calamity and other factors (Thakker et al. 2015). This may pose a problem for the development of Tallaght as a bad batch of the herbs may be brought in that fails to cure the patients. The herbal technique lacks proper marketing mainly because it has low economic status in the market. However, the development of the herbal technique may bring about opportunities in a hospital. As stated by Nonaka and Takeuchi (2011) in the past few years, the demand for medicinal crops for cure has increased by approximately 12%. This has opened up opportunities for hospitals to be more active in the usage of the medicines in the crops directly rather than by the process of extraction and filtration. Such a rapid progress in the market may give rise to the development of herbal industries that can be effective for most hospitals and individuals. Tallaghat can implement the herbal technique so that the opportunities for increasing the customers of the hospital can be enhanced. The threat of the use of herbal technique is that the crops can be destroyed due to the occurrence of climate changes. The fluctuations in the climate may get the crops to lose its medicinal values. This is one of the reasons for the inconsistency in the medicinal values of the herbs. Fluctuation of prices in the market may be another threat that is expected from the use of herbs in the hospitals (Nouriel et al. 2016). Thus, it can be said that the application of herbs in modern medicines and hospitals may have a strong influence in enhancing the cure of sepsis. Tallaght can implement this strategy and ensure that the effective service provided to the patients is maintained. Thus, the promotional strategy along with the effectiveness of the strategy can be analysed. Collaboration promoted by the strategy and its effectiveness According to Groysbery and Slind (2012), herbal medicines are increasing in terms of popularity in the modern world. This is mainly because of the cheap method that can be adopted for the application of the method. It has been seen that most hospitals use herbal technique to cut out the cost of purchasing the supplies of medicines. The easy availability of herbs in the global market promotes the effectiveness of the use of the herbal techniques. However, it is necessary that the stakeholders of a hospital remain well informed about the use of the strategy in the care centres. Carney (2006) stated that the stakeholders play a major role in the development of a company. Without the contribution of stakeholders, hospitals or major business sections could not have managed to continue its productivity in the markets. Hence, it is necessary that the responses of the stakeholders and their expectations be met by the organisations so that the support from them can be gained actively. In the modern world, as observed by Machado et al. (2017) the interest of the stakeholders lies in the development of a company so that the stakeholders may earn more profit. In the case of the expectation from the hospitals, the welfare of the society is a major concern for the stakeholders. In this regard it can be said that the use of herbal technique have developed a proper approach for the cure of patients. The effective manner in which the herbs are applied provides hospitals with an opportunity to continue work in an efficient manner. Thus, it can be said that the effectiveness of the herbal technique have grown significantly in modern medicine and it is the duty of the hospitals to ensure that the growth remains stable for the effectively conducting a proper cure to the patients. In this regard, it can be said that the support of the government for the application of the herbal medicinal technique can help in addressing the requirements of modern medicines (Carney 2006). Government and other international agencies, along with the corporations have started to invest in the modern herbal medicine research. This has helped in the development of the herbal medicinal practise and the manner in which it can be used for the promotion of curing health of the people. It has been seen that the biggest drawback of the use of herbal medicines is the fact that it does not have any consistency in the medicinal values it holds (Clegg et al. 2011). The ethical framework regarding the application of the herbal techniques can be in the form of not using it for other purpose apart from medicinal use. However, there are significant challenges that exist in the collaboration with the stakeholders for the use of the technique. In the words of Covey (1989), it has been seen that most hospitals follow modern medicines and create the medicines that can be manufactured in the personal laboratories. This can help in the effective application of the medicines, as the qualities are seemed to be dilated before applying it to the patients. The direct manner in which the herbs are applied may create problem for the patients. Hence, a particular group of stakeholders of a hospital can pose opposition for the use of herbal technique (Rhodes et al. 2017). The customers are one such stakeholder that may pose opposition as the administration of the herbs is upon them. This makes it possible for the hospitals to pose restrictions for the use of herbs as a means of technique for curing a dangerous disease such as sepsis. Thus, it can be said that the responses of the stakeholders are not to be considered for the effective management and application for herbal techniques. Process of implementing the strategy In the modern day, the application of medicines on a patient can be done in many forms. However, the implementation of new strategies on a patient needs to be done in a cautious manner. This is because the resistance power of each individual is not same and the manners in which the strategies are implemented also need to be analysed (Covey 1990). In this case, it is necessary to understand the manner in which the application of the proposed strategy can be applied in the hospital setting of Tallaght. The implementation of the use of herbs can be done by simple or complex means. According to Dierckx et al. (2018), the manner in which the herbal techniques can be applied is simple as the technique can be implemented in a simple manner. The application of the herbal techniques can be done at home, as the preparation of the herbal medicals is a simple process. Mainstream medical treatment can be countered with the implementation of the herbal method. In this regard, it can be said that the symptoms of sepsis are simple and people with little knowledge about the medical applications can contribute in reducing the damage caused by the occurrence of sepsis. It has also been seen that the effective application of herbal technique has been adopted by many hospitals due to its simple nature and the ability to heal wounds quickly. Douglas (2008) stated that the application of herbal medicine has been effective since the ancient time. However, the application of the same for the cure of sepsis has helped in understanding the manner in which hospitals can develop itself in the market. The effective use of herbal medicine for the cure of sepsis has been proved partially. The application has been made on humans as test subjects and upon animals to understand the effectiveness and the reactions, it has on the people. It has been seen that the active components of herbal technique have more than one component and the application of it may have an impact on the hospitals. Some of the effects of the application of herbal technique include the direct attack and the suppression of the harmful pathogens in the body. As observed by Eriksson, and Fagerberg (2008), the human body serves as the host for many infectious diseases and microorganisms that can affect the body. The introduction of foreign anti-bodies in the human body may show certain resistance. Hence, it is necessary that the hospital like Tallaght, acknowledge the effectiveness of the support provided by the anti-body on the human beings. At the same time, other application includes modulation of the immune system of the hosts. It has been seen that the harmful components of bacteria and other pathogens suppress the immunity system in a human body. Thereby, it causes inflammatory responses that can be harmful and fatal for a human. Thus, the application of herbal technique of medicine can help in reducing such consequences and ensure that every hospital implements a correct dose of medicine to the people (Edgar and Stonehouse 2017). Thus, the application of herbal technique can be active for the promotion of good health among people. In this regard, it can be said that the effectiveness of the herbal technique have an effective application in the field of medicine. The hospital provides focus on the patient and develops new strategies for the effective conduct of business in the society. The service need to be provided by keeping in mind the healthcare needs of the community and the manner in which the people of the community can be cured. At the same time, the company conducts a proper analysis of the factors that can help in the effective cure of the patients. In the case of curing sepsis, the hospital can take risk on the application of herbal technique as the primary mode of cure (Tallaghthospital.ie. 2018) Although research have proved that the application of the herbal method for curing patients is effective, the application of it for curing sepsis has been done by trial and error method (Faulkner and Laschinger 2008). The manner in which this method has been implemented provides an understanding of the factors that can be used for effectively conducting the research on sepsis. Tallaght aims to provide the best practise in the care of patients. Hence, it can be said that the application of herbal technique can help in curing the patients from sepsis by applying the best method. Guiseppe (2015) stated that one of the missions of Tallaght is to ensure that the welfare of the patients is done by providing education and information. Every service user need to have proper knowledge about the problem that they have and the manner in which it can be cured. The application of the type of strategy used by the hospital need to be communicated with the patients and the family members of the patients. This is mainly because of the fact that the patients are a stakeholder of the hospital and the interest of the stakeholder need to be managed by the hospital. The vision of Tallaght is to have respect for the autonomy of the patient and to expand in the global market (Tallaghthospital.ie. 2018). The application of proper strategies for the cure of patients can help the hospital to gain recognition in the international market. Thus, it can be said that the application of herbal technique for the cure of sepsis can be an effective manner for the hospital to gain global recognition. Thus, it can be said that the new strategy can help in building the reputation of Tallaght and ensure that it makes progress in the economy of other countries. Halcomb, Davidson and Patterson (2008) are of the opinion that maintaining good relations with the people can help Tallaght to introduce itself in the world. The people in Ireland are aware of the type of service they provide and it is time that the expansion takes place so that the more people can understand the services provided by the hospital. The application of new strategies to cure sepsis can help in establishing the company on the global map so that it can fulfil its vision. After completing the analysis it can be seen that the effectiveness and spread of sepsis in a human body can be fatal. Thereby, it is essential for hospitals to continue developing strategies that can help in identifying a proper cure for the disease. In my opinion, the cure of sepsis can be done by the application of the herbal technique and it can help in effectively meeting the requirements of the people. The analysis has taught me a couple of things that I need to keep in mind for future application. One such thing is the fact that the herbal technique is a modern method that can be used easily and the application of it is simple. Hospitals with good research ability can adopt this technique as it can help in analysing the required items necessary for providing a proper cure to the patients. In this regard, I can say that I have learned the implementation of the ways by which I can understand the herbs that are necessary for conducting the research. The other important thing that I have learned is that the implementation of the herbal technique for the cure of people in Tallaght is in tandem with the mission and vision of the hospital. This can help the hospital to continue with the effectiveness of the marketing strategy and focus on the cure of the patients. At the same time, I would like to avoid a certain things in the implementation of the strategy. The fact that the herbal technique is effective for curing sepsis and that it has not been properly tested may be a cause for concern. Hence, I would like to ensure that I get proper information about the applicability of the herbs and the manner in which I can implement it for the positive effect on the patients. I want to avoid the implementation, as it will not reflect about the values and culture that is withheld by Tallaght. Hence, untested application on the subjects can be a big problem for the patient.
